Refund & Return Policy
Overview:
All products listed on our website are 100% original and sourced from authentic suppliers. While we strive to provide accurate details such as pricing and descriptions, brands or manufacturers may occasionally update product design, ingredients, or packaging without prior notice. These changes might also cause slight variations from online images or search results. Despite this, we ensure that all items are received in their original, sealed packaging and are delivered to our customers with the utmost care and attention.
- If your purchase qualifies for a refund, the amount will be returned via the same payment method used during the transaction. Any applicable shipping fees will also be reimbursed along with the product price.
- Refund processing times depend on the chosen refund method. Once we receive the returned item and it passes our quality check (typically completed within 5 business days) the refund process begins.
- For payments made via debit/credit card, refunds will be processed within 25 business days. Refunds through bank transfer may take between 15 to 25 business days, depending on the case. Refunds are not issued for returns based on a change of mind.
- If you have received a refund confirmation from us but the amount hasn’t appeared on your card statement, please contact your bank for further assistance.
- Bank account information provided for refunds must be correct, active, and contain a balance. The IBAN is mandatory for bank transfer refunds.
- Returns are accepted only in cases where the product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or not as described. Requests for returns due to a change of mind will not be accepted.
- We guarantee the authenticity of all our products. Nonetheless, manufacturers may alter product appearance, composition, or packaging without notifying us. These updates are beyond our control, but we always deliver items in their original packaging with full responsibility and diligence.
- Rarely, outside circumstances may cause delivery to take longer than anticipated. Depending on the circumstances, including circumstances beyond our control, the delivery window may be extended for up to 30 working days. Within ten days of the anticipated delivery date, refund requests for delivery delays cannot be fulfilled.
